The plain-English summary

You’re buying a license to use my LUTs on as many of your own projects as you like, personal or commercial, forever. You can’t share the LUT files themselves, resell them, or build them into another product. Anything you render with them is 100% yours. One license covers one person. The full terms below are what governs.

1. Who’s who

Arch Pro LUTs are created and sold by me, the individual operator of archpro.studio (“Arch Pro,” “I,” “me”). Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record and handles your payment, applicable taxes, and invoicing. Their terms of sale apply to the transaction itself; these terms cover your license to use the LUTs.

2. What you’re buying

When you purchase Arch Pro, you’re buying a license to use the LUT files, not ownership of the files themselves. The LUTs, including all Film Looks and derivative formats, remain my intellectual property. Your license is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and per-person. It doesn’t expire.

3. What you can do

Use the LUTs on unlimited projects: personal, commercial, client work, broadcast, streaming, festival, all of it. Use them at any stage of your workflow, including in-camera monitoring, on-set preview, editorial, and final grade. You may install them on multiple machines and devices that you personally use, deliver rendered footage graded with Arch Pro anywhere, and receive free updates included in your tier. Rendered output is entirely yours, no attribution required, no restrictions.

4. What you can’t do

You can’t share, distribute, or resell the LUT files themselves, including uploading them to shared drives, project folders accessible to other users, torrents, or LUT pack compilations. You can’t sublicense the LUTs or include them in any product, plugin, preset pack, template, or service offered to others. You also can’t use the LUTs to create derivative LUTs, transforms, or color tools for distribution or sale, or transfer your license to another person.

5. Teams and studios

A license covers one person. If multiple people at your company or on your crew need to work with the LUT files directly, each needs their own license. For studio or enterprise licensing, email hi@archpro.studio, I’m happy to work something out. Your client watching the graded footage, or an editor working with your rendered dailies, doesn’t need anything.

6. All sales final

Arch Pro LUTs are digital goods delivered without DRM or activation, so all sales are final once your download link is delivered. See the Refund Policy for the details, including how I handle download issues, wrong-camera-line purchases, and tier upgrades.

7. No warranty

The LUTs are provided “as is.” I’ve built them carefully and tested them extensively, but I can’t guarantee they’ll meet every requirement of every workflow, or that they’ll be error-free in every software environment. Color rendering can vary with software versions, color management settings, and display calibration.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, my total liability for any claim related to Arch Pro is limited to the amount you paid for your license. I’m not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost footage, or project delays.

9. Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. The version posted at archpro.studio/terms with the most recent effective date is the one in force. Material changes won’t retroactively reduce the license rights of existing purchasers.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
