Arch Pro LUTs are digital files with no DRM, serial numbers, or activation. Once the order completes and your download link is delivered, there’s no way to return them, so all sales are final. That said, if anything goes wrong on the technical side, I’ll make it right. Details below.

Because I can’t offer refunds, I’ve made it as easy as possible to know exactly what you’re getting first. Grab a free LUT for your camera, watch the demo footage, and study the before/afters. If you have a question the site doesn’t answer, email support@archpro.studio before purchasing. I’d much rather answer a question up front than have you buy something that isn’t right for you.

Don’t panic, and don’t buy it twice. Email me and I’ll swap your files for the correct camera line. Same goes for tier upgrades (Standard → Plus → Premium): reach out and we’ll sort out the difference.

I go to great lengths to make sure these LUTs work across a wide range of platforms, but I can’t guarantee compatibility with every third-party program, plug-in, add-on, module, script, or extension out there and I can’t issue refunds based on incompatibility with them. I provide support for the most commonly used editing platforms: DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Avid.
