As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site, though I stand behind each product to the fullest.

Download and unzipping issues: it may happen so that you encounter problems downloading the product or in its implementation. If either is the case, please reach out to support@archpro.studio and I will happily assist by providing another download link or technical support.

Though I go to great lengths to ensure our products work across a wide spectrum of platforms, please note that I do not bear any responsibility and therefore do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of my products with some third-party software, including but not limited to: plug-ins, add-ons, modules, scripts, and extensions. I don’t guarantee that my products are fully compatible with any third-party programs and I do not provide support for anything beyond what I deem to be the most commonly used editing platforms: Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, and AVID.
